Exchange and Return Policy
BHC will exchange most items for the same title if original is defective within 14 days after the purchase.
BHC will refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt in most instances. We reserve the right to withold any
refund after 7 days. Shipping and Handling cost is nonrefundable. Software is nonrefundable.
Your original receipt is required for all refunds, exchanges, and warranty repair services. The original box,
packaging, all manuals, drivers and accessories are required for any exchange or return.
You need to obtain RMA number for returning any product for refund or exchange.
All Barebone Kits and individually-purchased parts are covered with 90 days warranty period.
If you request an RMA after the warranty period has expired, an RMA Service fee of $20.00 will be charged if
you choose to have the RMA completed through BHC. (note: not all manufacturers allow end-user RMA requests).
